Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Freeweight website, mobile apps, and services (together, the "Service"), operated by Freeweight, based in Cairo, Egypt. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Freeweight sells prepaid gym-session credit. We purchase training-session capacity from partner gyms and resell it to you as prepaid credit. Credit is denominated in Freeweight Stars at a fixed, published rate of 1 Star = 10 EGP, and is used to check in to sessions at partner gyms.

2. Your account

You sign in with your mobile phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number secure and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You can delete your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

3. Pricing & payment

• Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by our provider, Paymob. Your prepaid credit is added to your account once payment is confirmed.
• The Star rate is fixed at 1 Star = 10 EGP. Individual session prices are set per gym and time and are shown in the app before you check in.

4. Prepaid credit

Freeweight Stars are prepaid service credit for gym sessions. They are not money, carry no cash value, and are non-transferable between accounts. Credit cannot be withdrawn as cash. This does not affect your right to a refund of a purchase in the circumstances required by applicable law — contact support@wenut.fit.

5. Using sessions

• Entry is valid for the current available session at the gym you choose; there is no advance seat reservation.
• Sessions are subject to each gym's working hours, capacity, and any gym house rules you accept before entry.
• Credit is used only when your check-in is confirmed at reception.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to defraud, resell access, circumvent security, or interfere with the Service or other users. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

7. Health & safety

Physical exercise carries inherent risks. You are responsible for training within your ability and should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. Gym premises and equipment are operated by the partner gyms.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, Freeweight is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with a "Last updated" date; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
